Tasks to perform:
- Invoicing to customers: issuing, tracking/claiming payments, coordinated with Sales and CS. Includes control of estimates, renewals, consumption of Whatsapp Templates, etc.
- Support to the Accounting Department and the Financial Director.
- Support for monthly accounting closing.
- Tenders with clients and suppliers (certificates, signed documents, misc.)
- Digital archive of invoices, signed contracts, deeds.
- Office management (co-working, notary, general purchases, catering, mail, etc.)
- Travel organization (tickets, hotels, events)
- Fill out surveys from public institutions (INE, etc.)
GSuite includes: Drive, GCalendar, Gmail.
Other SaaS will be a plus.
Basic accounting (bookkeeping, invoicing, taxes, international trade, due diligence).
20 hours dedication per week, from Monday to Friday, flexible schedule
Have a good internet connection at home and webcam.
