Responsible for the objectives and responsibilities of the Casa Burés team (cleaning and concierge)

Make sure everyone in the team knows the use and operation of systems and processes such as the Internet, electricity, gas readings, operation of appliances, etc.

Improve the structure of our files and internal processes, keeping records and organizing them for information records of Casa Burés 
- 
Continuously enrich the list of suppliers by comparing prices and ensuring the highest quality of the services we hire. 
- 
Keep Casa Burés neat, clean and bright, including service areas (storage rooms, machine rooms, laundry) 
- 
Reduce expenses in areas of opportunity without forgetting the quality and improvement of Casa Burés 
- 
 Control and registration of keys to Casa Burés and each floor. 
- 
Follow up on projects assigned by the President of the Community as well as report problems and follow up on their solution. 
- 
Guarantee quick responses to follow-up requests from guests and / or residents 
- 
Material resupply for common areas and cleaning material (looking for the best options in terms of quality and price) 
- 
Coordinate the external maintenance services of Casa Burés as well as its monitoring and collection of information necessary to report to the President of the Community 
- 
Management and organization of cleaning in apartments 
- 
Control of cash funds as well as expenses made with a bank card 
- 
Monitor compliance with Internal Regulations of Common Areas 
- 
Monitoring of monthly service contracts (maintenance, fires, fumigations, etc.) 
- 
Sending informative emails to the Community. 
- 
Issuance of invoices / receipts with monthly charges for each guest and / or resident 
- 
Support of administrative tasks such as budget and cost tracking, internal billing to owners, coordination with Bourgeois (weekly / biweekly checkpoints)

Set up objectives for every employee and Implement performance review process to evaluate them on performance. Track progress.  
- 
Manage and lead the team to ensure a happy, motivated, proud and performing team.
